The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a range of excavators across various civil and earthmoving projects throughout the Hunter, Central Coast, and regional NSW.Cramps Earthmoving is a well-established and locally respected company with over a decade of industry experience.
We have built long-standing relationships with multiple local and regional councils, as well as private contractors, delivering reliable Earthmoving services across a wide range of infrastructure and civil projects.

and general earthworksReading and interpreting plans and site levelsPerforming daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenanceFollowing all site safety requirements and company WHS policiesWorking independently or within a small team to complete allocated tasks efficientlyCommunicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and other operators onsiteRequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience operating excavators in a civil or earthmoving environmentValid Excavator VOC or Statement of AttainmentWhite Card (Construction Induction)Sound understanding of safety procedures and operational protocolsAbility to work unsupervised with a high level of initiativeHR or HC licence is desirable but not essentialPLAT Ticket is desirable but not essentialAustralian citizenship is required for this position
