This is a full time (on-site) permanent role.Key Responsibilities:Assist with export bookings and shipment coordinationLiaise with shipping lines, co-loaders, transport providers and customersMonitor shipment milestones and container movementsLodging EDNS and PRAsSupport export documentation and operational processesAssist with Bills of Lading,



pre-alerts and customer communicationUpdate shipment information within Cargowise and internal systemsWork closely with the broader operations teamInvoice clients for services providedTo be successful in this role:Minimum 1 - 2 years' experiencePrevious exposure to ocean freight operations or international freight forwardingStrong communication skills including verbal and writtenA desire to expand your knowledge of international ocean freight operationsEnjoy working in a quick-paced environmentTakes pride in providing a high level of customer serviceExcellent level of attention to detail and organisation skillsAble to work as part of a teamExposure to Cargowise system, an advantage but not essential
