The ideal candidate will create a supportive and engaging environment that fosters development through play-based learning.
Provide attentive and responsive care tailored to the needs of a toddler.
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities, with a focus on the child's emerging interests.
Incorporate a variety of experiences such as open-ended play, arts and crafts, imaginative play, music, movement, and literacy-based activities.
Encourage outdoor exploration, including time at the park, trike riding, and nature-based play.




Support the development of language and communication skills through interactive and intentional engagement.
Experience working with toddlers in an early childhood education setting.
A strong understanding of child development and play-based learning approaches.
Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Excellent communication skills and a cooperative approach to working with families.DRIVING NOT REQUIREDYou must:Either be working towards or hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board.Provide at least 3 references.Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First AidHave a car & driver's licenceBe willing to commit for at least 12 monthsFull working rights in Australia.
