Expression of Interest - Industrial Electrician | Part-timeAllegro Energy is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Industrial Electricians interested in joining our team on a part-time basis, approximately three days per week.This is a hands-on trades role working across the installation, commissioning, maintenance and fault-finding of electrical systems.
You'll work alongside our engineering and technical teams and have exposure to battery energy storage systems, inverters, power electronics and the electrical infrastructure supporting our battery technology.A key area of work will be supporting the installation and commissioning of an in-house microgrid used to test Allegro's large-scale battery systems.The roleYour work will include:installing, maintaining and repairing electrical wiring, switchboards, control panels and associated equipmentsupporting the installation and commissioning of Allegro's in-house microgridcommissioning and maintaining inverters, VSDs, soft starters and related equipmentworking with battery energy storage systems, UPS systems and DC distribution equipmentcarrying out fault-finding, diagnostics and preventative maintenancereading and interpreting electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and technical specificationscompleting electrical testing, verification and compliance documentationworking alongside engineers and other trades to coordinate work safely and efficientlyensuring all electrical work complies with relevant Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.About youYou'll be a qualified electrician with solid experience in an industrial or heavy commercial environment and a practical,
