SERVICE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – HVAC & ELECTRICALSERVICE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – HVAC & ELECTRICALFull TimeSCE Projects is a commercial electrical, air conditioning and refrigeration company servicing a range of commercial clients across Sydney and the Central Coast.We're looking for an experienced Service Operations Coordinator to take control of the day-to-day running of our service department.This is not just an admin role.We need someone who is organised, confident dealing with tradespeople and clients, and capable of making sure jobs keep moving from the initial call through to completion and invoicing.The role will include:Scheduling and coordinating service techniciansReceiving and managing reactive service callsKeeping clients updated on job progressFollowing up technicians for job reports, photos and timesheetsManaging planned maintenance schedulesRaising and tracking purchase ordersFollowing up parts and suppliersTracking defects and outstanding quotationsMaking sure completed jobs are ready for invoicingKeeping job,



site and asset information up to dateAssisting with service reports and client documentationAttending client and site meetings where requiredRecording and following up actions from meetingsKeeping on top of outstanding jobs so nothing gets forgottenHelping improve the systems and processes within the businessWe currently use AroFlo, so experience with AroFlo would be ideal, however solid Simpro or similar job management software experience would also be highly regarded.ABOUT YOUIdeally, you will have experience working in an HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, fire, facilities management or other trade service business.You don't need to be technically qualified, but you need to understand how a service business works.You should be comfortable:Coordinating multiple technicians and jobs at onceDealing directly with commercial clientsPrioritising urgent breakdownsChasing people when information is outstandingWorking without needing to be told what to do nextManaging competing prioritiesTaking ownership of problems and following them throughUsing job management software such as AroFlo or SimproWe're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the business and take genuine ownership of the service operation.For the right person, there is plenty of scope for the role to develop into an Operations Manager or Service Manager position as the company continues to grow.Salary will depend on experience and capability.
