You will bring a genuine passion and commitment to make a difference in the life of children and young people.Children and young people may come with high to complex needs, and selectability aspires to promote consistent and stable teams to support the recovery of our young people.About youTo be successful you must:possess transparent and effective communication skillsdemonstrate computer literacy and accuracy in record managementbe able to always follow policies and proceduresbe able to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individualsflexible to work across a 24/7 rosterRole requirementsmust have a minimum of Cert IV qualification recognised under the child safety minimum qualification standards (or willing to actively study)possess the certification in Hope and Healing for residential care (to be obtained upon commencement)a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland driver's licencea currently registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive insured vehiclecurrent nationally recognised first aid and CPR certificates (ability to obtain)a Child Safety & Personal History Screening checka Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card)
