We are seeking a motivated full-time Production Operator to join our Operations team in Wyong.As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You will operate production equipment, maintain production records, and contribute to a safe and productive workplace.This is a casual role, you will be paid a base rate + 25% casual loading.Our operating hours are between 5:30am – 10:36pm.
We are currently looking for candidates for the following shifts:Monday – Thursday, 5:30am – 2:06pm, Friday 5:30am – 11:06amIf you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work, and are committed to safety and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficientlyFollow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production schedulesMonitor product quality and identify defects or non-conforming productsPack, sort, move, and handle raw materials and finished goodsComplete production, safety, and quality documentation accuratelyPerform manual handling tasks as requiredSupport cleaning, housekeeping,



and maintenance of work areas and equipmentDispose of production waste in accordance with company proceduresParticipate in daily safety stretches, toolbox meetings, and training activitiesContribute to a positive safety culture and maintain high housekeeping standardsAssist with general production operations and support team objectivesAbout You:Some experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desiredAbility to work safely and follow production proceduresStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and teamwork skillsA positive attitude and strong work ethicStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to use hand tools and power tools safelyProblem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issuesCommitment to workplace health and safetyStrong attention to detail and quality standardsReliable, punctual and motivated attitudeWhy Us?
