The role completes care plans and assessments to manage the patient's health care recovery to meet their overall health goals.The role is Casual/ Part-time and receives a dedicated training program upon commencement, that includes a full orientation and induction, online compliance training, and support from your Practice Manager and colleagues.
We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide development as well as consistent and quality care to our patients at the highest level.Availability: We are seeking someone who is available to work Fridays from 4:00 pm to midnight and weekends from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm,
