Reporting to the State leader and working closely with Regional Managers, you'll set the standard for VM execution — ensuring every store reflects our brand philosophy, delivers an elevated Active Living experience, and maintains exceptional visual presentation.From training and developing in-store teams to uphold VM standards, to using commercial insights to shape strategies that drive traffic and sell-through, you'll be the driving force behind creating stores our customers love returning to.You'll bring solid commercial acumen, a flair for styling,



and the confidence to coach teams and collaborate with Sales Leaders to align VM initiatives with state-based goals.Your key responsibilitiesChampioning the National VM Strategy across 31 stores in QLDUsing commercial insights to shape VM strategies that drive traffic and sell-throughMaintaining consistent, on-brand visual presentation across every storeSupporting VM execution for events and activationsTraining and developing in-store teams to uphold VM standardsCollaborating with Sales Leaders to align VM initiatives with state-based goalsWho You AreYou're a creative merchandiser who is passionate about visual storytelling and delivering results.
