high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.Assess residents' clinical needs and develop, implement and review individualised care plans.Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary case conferences.Complete admission, routine and ongoing clinical assessments.Administer medications, treatments and wound care in line with best practice and legislative requirements.Monitor residents' health, identify changes in condition and document care accurately.Lead infection prevention and control practices, including outbreak management.Support, mentor and supervise care staff to deliver exceptional resident care.Foster positive relationships with residents, families and the wider care team.Bachelor of Nursing and currentAHPRA registrationKnowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behavioursExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA big heart - you're empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possibleExperience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environmentCompetitive pay and more cash in your pocket (less tax) with not-for-profit salary packagingFlexible working conditionsBirthday leave - relax and take a day off on us!
