We value teamwork, quality and service, and we invest in our people through ongoing training and development.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team across sales administration, customer agreements and tender coordination.Working closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in coordinating sales processes from order entry through to invoicing, while ensuring tender submissions and customer requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.This is an onsite role based in a collaborative environment where your ability to build relationships,



manage priorities and deliver accurate commercial outcomes will be valued.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with Sales and Product team for Tender response preparationSubmit Tender responses within strict deadlinesPrepare regular reports to internal teams and external organizationsProcess supplier Purchase Orders into Dynamics 365Create invoices in Dynamics 365Request Purchase Orders from customersProvide coordination support to Sales teamAbout YouExperience in tender response coordination and sales administrationStrong resilience and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to quickly learn new systems, processes and ways of workingExcellent organisational and coordination skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work proactivelyIntermediate to advance Microsoft Office skillsExperience with ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics 365 desirable)Experience within manufacturing, automotive, transport, waste management, or capital equipment industries (Desirable)Exposure to contract management, rental administration, or tender support (Desirable)Why Join Us?
