The next, you could be building a stand, negotiating a secondary display, running a tasting or joining a distributor rep in the field.Your job is simple: grow distribution, increase sales and make Wallaby unmissable in-store.What you'll ownProspecting, pitching and winning new customersGrowing sales and distribution across existing accountsBuilding strong relationships with store managers, retailers and distributorsImproving ranging, availability, displays and secondary locationsPlanning and running tastings, demos and local activationsSupporting distributor training, ride-alongs and field daysCapturing simple photo and video content from the fieldManaging your call cycle, sales pipeline,



reporting and resultsYou're proactive, organised and know how to follow through.You enjoy the chase, but you also know that excellent salespeople are consistent, disciplined and accountable.You're confident starting conversations, asking for the business and building strong relationships without losing sight of the commercial outcome.You bring energy to a team, enjoy having fun, but take your results seriously.What you'll likely bring3–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG, food, beverage or a related categoryA track record of winning new business and growing existing accountsStrong merchandising and in-store activation experienceConfidence working with independent retailers, major grocery and distributorsSound commercial judgement around pricing and promotionsExperience using CRM, route-planning and reporting toolsA current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and Australian working rightsHealth food, independent grocery, HORECA, tasting or event experience would be highly regarded.We're small but mighty.You'll work closely with the General Manager and broader Wallaby team, without layers of hierarchy or corporate processes.You'll have real ownership of your territory with the opportunity to build something meaningful as the business grows.What we offer$80,000 base salaryCommission opportunity up to $20,000Company laptopReimbursement of business-related petrol and tollsA supportive, ambitious and down-to-earth teamPlenty of snacks, obviouslyThink you can help build the next chapter of Wallaby?
This is a field-based role with regular travel throughout Sydney and periodic regional travel.
