The Trustee for Pulse Community Assist Trust – Caroline Springs VICPulse Community Assistis seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join a supportive team in providing high quality care for a client with complex needs based in Caroline Springs VIC.Key responsibilitiesinclude;Full supervision of the clientTracheostomy care and managementAirway assistance and management (Ventilation/Suctioning/Cough Assist)Continuous clinical assessmentMedication administrationWork alongside and assist support worker with high-dependency personal careSupport client and family with activities at home and when in the communitySafe community accessManual Handling and assistance with protected transfersFollow detailed clinical care plans and emergency proceduresWe are looking for nurses who are flexible and available to work a mix of morning, afternoon and active night shifts.Ideal candidate will have experience in tracheostomy care, ventilation, manual handling, pressure area care & bowel care.This role offers a supportive and extensive onboarding program with comprehensive paid training and peer shifts to ensure a smooth transition.This is a casual role offering regular shifts of up to 30 hours per week, with the potential for more hours to the right candidate.
