Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Draftsperson /Building Designer to join our cooperative team in Buderim.As a Draftsperson/Building Designer, you will play a key role in delivering projects from initial concept through to detailed construction documentation.
Working closely with our Design Manager and construction team, you will ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed to a high professional standard.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare contract and construction documentationDrafting custom homes, house and land packages and commercial projectsCoordinate and integrate documentation from engineers, certifiers, and external consultantsEnsure drawings comply with the National Construction Code,



Australian Standards and Queensland legislation.Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the building process.Maintain drafting accuracy and document control.Qualifications & ExperienceCertificate IV in Residential Drafting, Diploma of Building Design, or equivalentPrevious experience in residential and/or commercial drafting documentationHighly skilled with Autodesk RevitStrong knowledge of Australian construction methods and building regulationsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWhat We OfferA varied portfolio of residential and commercial projectsA supportive and collaborative team environmentCareer development opportunities within a growing businessLong-term stability within a growing businessThe company of our full-time office dogAn early 3:00pm finish every Friday
