As an Associate you will play an integral role supporting corporate and institutional clients across mining and energy sectors.Key responsibilities include:The management and execution of M&A;, ECM and/or DCM transactionsLead and coordinate deal execution processes, working closely with senior bankers and product specialistsBuild and review complex financial models, valuations, and transaction analysesPrepare pitch books, client presentations,



and live deal materialsConduct in-depth industry research and financial due diligenceAttend client meetings and contribute to new business originationMentor and develop junior team members as they build their investment banking skill setCollaborate with coverage and product colleagues across the firm's global networkAbout YouMinimum 3 years' experience in a front-office investment banking or M&A; advisory roleTop academic results with a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related disciplineWell-versed in M&A;, ECM, and DCM, with a track record of executing complex transactionsExcellent financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skillsHighly driven, diligent, and detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple work streams under pressureStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with senior clients and managementA collaborative team player, equally comfortable working independently
