Job DescriptionThe role of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is pivotal in bridging the gap between HR and business strategy, particularly in dynamic and diverse regions such as Asia Pacific.
As a HRBP at DLL you will work closely with the Head of HR, Asia Pacific and management teams across various countries, ensuring that the HR strategy is not only aligned with but also integral to the business objectives.
The HRBP will be instrumental in providing expert HR guidance and support, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
This hands-on role promises comprehensive exposure to all aspects of HR, offering a chance to make a significant impact within a small team environment.
The HRBP will be at the forefront of implementing innovative HR practices and contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
This role is a Full-Time opportunity at our office located on Level 20, 201 Kent Street, Sydney NSW ****.Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL.Day To DayContribute to the business strategy by helping leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes.Support leaders in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.Implement appropriate employee training and manage its delivery.Support the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding processes alongside Talent AcquisitionFacilitate long-term HR initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda – e.g., Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Well-being,
etc.Assist leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards.Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and individual employees when appropriate.Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives – e.g. Compensation and BenefitsIdentify and drive the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.Identify new opportunities for HR to add value to the business.Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives.Support and monitor the annual Performance Management processCoach, counsel, and guide managers before the execution of employee disciplinary actionsYour ProfileSubstantial business acumenClear, comprehensive understanding of the link between talent and other HR initiatives and business strategyAbility to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategyEffective team player and networkerStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsSignificant knowledge of HR policies, processes, e.g., talent acquisition, workforce planning, talent management, learning & development etc.Demonstrates integrity in all business interactionsAbility to provide both verbal and written information clearly, succinctly, and persuasively, as well as ability to influence othersExperience in the administration of payroll,
