Degree qualification in Chemical Engineering1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing, production, or engineering environmentStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesA solid commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementExperience in chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, oil & gas, refinery, or hazardous goods environmentsExposure to maintenance, reliability, or operational improvement projectsKnowledge of Dangerous Goods and regulatory compliance requirementsExperience with SAP or similar maintenance management systemsOur ProcessAt IXOM we are committed to employing individuals who align with our values and meet the requirements of the role.
