Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Administering warranty claims across both Australian and New Zealand dealer networksMaintaining positive public relations with Dealers, Manufacturers and CustomersMaintaining prompt and accurate processing of all warranty claimsContinually identify opportunities for process improvement ensuring processes are cost effective and efficientAbout you:Experience in a similar warranty or case management roleAutomotive technical knowledge highly regarded,



with Mechanical Trade Qualification extremely desirableAutomotive or Dealership experience highly regardedAbility to problem solve and take initiativeExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExperience in working well under pressure and multi-taskingReady for the next step?
