Successful candidates will work alongside our project team to assist in delivering key responsibilities outlined below.Key responsibilities for this position areIdentifying scope of worksTender preparation and quotations including design variationsProject admin including preparation of job sheets and costing for subcontractorsUndertaking site inspections and liaison with subcontractors, suppliers and clientsAny other duties as requiredThe Skills Required For This Position AreShould have experience in reviewing and analysing technical drawings,



specifications and relevant documentation to complete taking off quantities for wall and floor tiles + waterproofing + angles etc for estimating and pricing purposesSound knowledge of Measure Square/CAD and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)Valid Driver's License but not essentialAbility to read and interpret architectural plansBasic competency in mathematicsVerbal and written communication skillsTime management, organisational and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to undertake work independently and within a teamShow initiative and demonstrate a commitment to serviceWillingness to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilitiesJob Type: Full Time Part Time Casual
