Read on about this exciting opportunity.We are looking for a hands-on team player who can confidentially switch between physical, floor-based work and computer-based administration.The OpportunityOwn and lead all things receiving / inbound - be the first touch point of smooth warehouse operationsCombination of hands-on and managerial tasks and responsibilities – variety in your dayPermanent full-time work in an established and effective Warehousing teamPlay a key role in the success and development of a continuously growing companyKey ResponsibilitiesManage overall warehouse workflow by continually monitoring and redistributing resources to ensure successful warehouse operationsProvide supervision of warehouse personnel and support to operational team leadersOwn the warehouse inbox, provide enquiry responses and resolutionsMet daily operational targetsAbout youAbility to coordinate operations,



manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesSound knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practiceHigh attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PPT, Word) and excellent understanding of Transport and Warehouse management systemsMaintain standards of health and safety and securityRequirements3+ years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar rolesExperience in the transport or FMCG / 3PL industry (desirable)Demonstrated ability to lead a teamWho are weDUTT is a proudly Australian-owned company recognised as a leading service provider across retail and commercial sectors.
