Job Description Technical Operator Permanent, full-time role with competitive remuneration and advantages Location: (Onsite) Murarrie, QLD, Australia Career growth: Expand your expertise in a growing, successful industry Professional development: Gain valuable experience in a dynamic, evolving roleWhat You Will DoSenior assembly worker in small production team fabricating electronic RFID readersUse of hand tools, power tools and CNC machines to process parts and materialLifting and handling material, assemblies and finished productsTrained in operation and upkeep of all machinery and manual handling equipmentFollowing work instructions accuratelyComplete all production reports and other documentation ensuring good communication and record keeping practicesMaintain good quality control of products by careful interpretation of job sheet details, assembly and inspection instructionsPromptly raise all machine issues, malfunctions, or product quality concerns with your shift supervisor or Team LeaderEnsuring a high level of tidiness and organization is maintainedAssisting in training, supporting and advising junior staffKnowledge of Senior Tech Operator skills and undertaking those supervisory tasks temporarily when required to support the shiftBe proactive in site safety by promptly informing through EH&S; Officers and representatives of any hazards, risks, or incidentsRemain informed on all company procedures, policies,
