Club Manager - Fitness | Bondi JunctionThis is an opportunity to lead an established, commercially successful fitness club with strong sales momentum, a capable team and a highly engaged community.It is a busy, fast-moving environment that requires an experienced Club Manager who can stay ahead of the detail, lead confidently and maintain consistently high standards.You'll be commercially driven and solid in sales, but your ability to retain members, develop your team and create an exceptional club experience will be equally important.The OpportunityYou will take ownership of the club's commercial performance, team leadership, member experience and day-to-day operations.Your responsibilities will include:Driving membership sales, lead conversion and revenue performanceOwning key club metrics, including sales, retention, attrition and team resultsDeveloping strategies that improve member engagement and long-term retentionLeading, coaching and creating accountability within an established teamMaintaining a visible presence across the club and building genuine relationships with membersKeeping operations highly organised across rostering, compliance,



presentation and systemsBuilding local partnerships and community initiativesReporting on performance and acting quickly when opportunities or issues ariseAbout YouYou are an experienced fitness leader who thrives in a high-volume environment.
You are commercially sharp, highly organised and comfortable being accountable for the full performance of a club.You will bring:Proven experience as a Club Manager, General Manager or senior fitness sales leaderA strong record of achieving membership sales and revenue targetsDemonstrated success improving member retention and reducing attritionThe ability to lead, coach and hold a team accountableStrong systems, reporting and organisational capabilityA hands-on leadership style and high personal standardsA genuine commitment to service, community and member experienceConfidence interpreting club data and turning insights into actionApplicants must be an Australian/NZ citizen or permanent residentThis role is best suited to an established operator who can step into a successful club, earn the confidence of the team and lead from day one.What's On Offer$85,000 + superannuationPerformance-based bonus with an OTE of $100,000-$110,000Monday-to-Friday rosterFlexible hours across 8.00 am-5.00 pm or 9.00 am-6.00 pmNo regular weekend requirementAn established, high-performing club and teamSupport from experienced senior leadershipGenuine progression within a growing multi-site group
