You'll be working across established residential gardens where plant health, attention to detail and the finished result really matter.Your work will include:Maintaining high-end residential gardensPruning, hedging and detailed plant careMowing, edging and lawn maintenancePlanting, mulching and soil improvementWeed and pest managementSeasonal garden maintenance and rejuvenationBasic irrigation checks and maintenanceWorking alongside an experienced and supportive crewWith different properties and gardens to work across, there's plenty of variety throughout the week.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with solid hands‐on garden or landscape maintenance experience who knows what good garden maintenance looks like and takes pride in delivering it.You might already be operating at a senior level, or you could be an experienced gardener who's ready to take that next step.Ideally, you'll have:Solid garden or landscape maintenance experienceGood horticultural and plant knowledgeStrong pruning, hedging and general garden‐care skillsConfidence using garden maintenance tools and equipmentAn eye for detail and presentationA reliable and proactive approachGood communication and teamwork skillsCurrent QLD driver's licenceReliable transport to get to HQA horticultural qualification is highly regarded, although experience, attitude and the right team fit are just as important.BenefitsReady for Something Better?
