As we continue to grow, we're investing in our people and creating opportunities for individuals who want to develop long-term careers within the automotive and transport industry.The OpportunityAs our Pre-Delivery & Accessory Fitter, you'll play a vital role in preparing new trucks before they're handed over to customers.Every vehicle is unique.One day you may be fitting bull bars, driving lights and towbars.
Then next you could be installing Turn Tables, custom accessories, electrical components or preparing a premium fleet vehicle for delivery.Your workmanship is one of the final quality checks before our customers receive their new investment.This is a hands-on position that combines mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and genuine pride in producing exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for:Preparing new trucks to dealership presentation standardsInstalling genuine and aftermarket accessoriesFitting bull bars,



driving lights, towbars, turn tables and other accessoriesReading and interpreting fitting instructions and technical documentationDiagnosing and resolving minor installation issuesEnsuring all work complies with manufacturer specificationsWashing, detailing and presenting vehicles ready for customer deliveryMaintaining a clean, organised and safe work environmentWorking closely with our Sales, Service and Parts departmentsConsistently delivering workmanship that reflects JT Fossey's reputation for quality.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Takes genuine pride in their workmanshipHas excellent attention to detailEnjoys practical, hands-on workCan work independently while contributing to a teamIs organised, reliable and self-motivatedHolds a current Australian Driver's LicenceHas experience fitting automotive accessories (preferred but not essential)Possesses positive mechanical aptitudeIs committed to producing quality work every day.Why Join JT Fossey Trucks?
