Specifically in this team the last 3 hires have gone on to progress and are still within the business.Importantly, this role provides broad exposure across compliance and a range of advisory and projected based exposures;Support Australian and international tax matters, including income tax, GST, FBT, payroll tax, Pillar Two, transfer pricing and hybrid arrangementsPrepare and review tax compliance and reporting, including income tax returns,



BAS, FBT returns, quarterly and annual tax reporting, tax forecasting and financial statement disclosuresAssist with M&A; transactions, tax due diligence, acquisitions, disposals, restructuring activities and related tax calculations and planningProvide proactive tax advice and business partnering to Finance, HR, Legal and Company Secretarial teams, while supporting ATO reviews, audits and external tax advisorsIdentify tax risks, recommend practical solutions, maintain technical tax expertise and support ad hoc tax advisory mattersDrive process improvements through automation initiatives, systems support and provide guidance and mentoring to the Tax AdminThe successful candidate will be seeking their 1st or 2nd move from corporate tax within a top 30 CA practice.
Or have relevant corporate tax experience from the property or funds sectors
