and business reviewsAttend retailer meetings, capturing key actions, decisions, and follow-ups to support effective account management.Maintain global retail drives, folders, and asset librariesContent & PresentationsBuild and maintain PowerPoint presentations for internal and external useDesign and update retail fact sheets and sell-in materialsBrief and manage timelines across internal teams using AsanaWho We're Looking For2-3 years' experience in a sales coordination, account support, or wholesale administration roleAdvanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and building reporting tools from scratch are second nature to youConfident in PowerPoint and able to build polished, skilled presentationsExperienced with Asana or similar project management toolsA genuine team player who's proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced small business environmentExperience in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods is a big bonus but not essential !
