You'll play a key part in ensuring the organisation meets its regulatory and governance obligations, working closely with the Compliance Manager and a team of specialists.
Given the breadth of the role, this suits someone who enjoys variety and wants true end to end exposure across compliance, rather than a narrow, siloed function.ResponsibilitiesManaging breach identification, assessment and reporting processesReviewing marketing and disclosure materialSupporting AML/CTF obligations and monitoringBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders,



including at senior levelSupporting oversight of relationships with external service providers from a compliance perspectiveContributing to the ongoing development of compliance policies, procedures and governance documentationAbout YouA legal background is highly regarded, along with experience from a mid to large sized financial services organisationStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential given the stakeholder facing nature of this roleConfident engaging with senior stakeholdersExperience with breach management is a key requirementWorking knowledge of AML/CTF obligations is highly regarded, though not essentialA proactive self starter who is comfortable owning tasks and working autonomously within a small team
