You will play a key role in delivering positive customer and business outcomes while promoting best practice and consistency across claims teams.What You'll DoProvide expert advice on legislation, procedures, and claim strategyManage complex Workers Compensation claims, providing strategic oversight and technical directionWork proactively with external legal providers to progress claims efficiently and optimise outcomesCoach and mentor Claims Advisors through technical guidance, capability development, and best-practice supportCollaborate with leaders and stakeholders to improve claim outcomes, drive consistency, and strengthen technical capability across the business.What You'll BringDemonstrated experience managing Workers Compensation claims,
