repairing and improving production machinery and equipment within a busy 24/7 manufacturing environment.Your responsibilities will include:Mechanical fault finding and breakdown response across production machineryPreventative and planned maintenanceInstallation and commissioning of new machinery and equipmentMIG welding and fabricationMaintenance and fault finding on pneumatic systemsRequirementsTrade qualified Mechanical Fitter – Certificate III or equivalentPrevious maintenance experience within manufacturing or FMCGStrong mechanical fault-finding skillsMIG welding experienceBasic knowledge of pneumatic systemsExperience with chillers, compressors or other site utilities highly regardedFull Australian working rights
