This is a hands‐on role ideal for someone who has extensive experience on the tools and is ready to step into a desk role, based at VAE's Darra office.You will inherit strong customer relationships and be responsible for maintaining that high standard through excellent time management, prioritisation, accountability, and maintaining a positive team culture.What You'll Be Doing (includes, but is not limited to)Lead, coach and support a team of HVAC Service Supervisors and TechniciansManage a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver agreed service levelsBuild trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service and project workReview quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentationMonitor labour productivity, profitability and branch performancePartner with the Service Manager to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targetsChampion safety, quality and continuous improvementThe CompanyEstablished in ****, today VAE Group is one of Australasia's largest commercial HVAC solutions companies with over 400 employees across 12 office locations in Australia, New Zealand and Papua Current Guinea.
