Deliver quality outcomes.Kenway & Clark is a locally owned agricultural machinery dealer with nine branches across NSW and Southern Queensland.
For more than 65 years, we've supported our customers with quality Case IH machinery and reliable aftersales service.We're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the largest workshop in our group.
This is a hands‐on leadership role with responsibility for workshop performance, customer outcomes and developing a capable, high‐performing team.The position has become available due to an internal transfer and offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established operation within a reliable, locally owned business.About the RoleReporting to the Group Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the day‐to‐day leadership of our Moree workshop.
You'll work closely with the Parts and Sales teams to ensure customers receive efficient, professional service while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.We're interested in experienced Service Managers, Workshop Managers or other proven workshop leaders from agricultural, construction or heavy equipment dealerships who are ready for their next challenge.What You'll DoLead the day‐to‐day operations of a busy workshop, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standardDevelop, mentor and support a team of technicians and apprenticesPlan and allocate work to maximise workshop productivity and turnaround timesMonitor workshop performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce reworkEnsure repairs are accurately scoped, completed to standard and communicated clearly to customersMaintain high standards of workmanship through effective quality controlAddress performance issues promptly and professionally while fostering a positive team environmentMaintain an organised,



safe and efficient workshop and yardBuild strong relationships with customers and resolve issues in a timely mannerWork collaboratively with the Parts and Sales departments to deliver excellent customer outcomesDrive continuous improvement across workshop systems, processes and performanceAbout YouYou're an experienced workshop leader who understands that successful aftersales service relies on quality workmanship, good communication and strong leadership.You'll bring:Experience leading and developing workshop teamsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage workflow in a busy service environmentCommercial awareness, including workshop efficiency, job costing and accurate invoicingA commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvementConfidence to set expectations and manage performance constructivelyA strong technical and diagnostic background in agricultural, construction or heavy equipmentA practical, customer‐focused approachConfidence using workshop management systems (Pentana or ERAPower experience is advantageous)If you've successfully led workshop teams and are ready to step into a larger leadership role, we'd like to hear from you.Why Join Us?
