About the roleWe are looking for a Stormwater Engineer to join our team and contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects within our Capital Works Program.Working under the general direction of the Senior Stormwater Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality civil infrastructure projects, including roads, footpaths, car parks, stormwater drainage systems, culverts, and associated civil works.This role would suit a civil engineer looking to develop or further apply their skills and experience in civil infrastructure and stormwater engineering.
The successful applicant will have the prospect to work across a diverse range of projects while developing their technical capabilities and contributing to the delivery of quality infrastructure outcomes.Responsibilities include:Support design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, culverts, etc.)Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications,



and design documentationDesign and assess stormwater and drainage systems in line with standardsReview engineering drawings for accuracy and complianceConduct site inspections to monitor construction and verify design implementationApply engineering judgement to develop practical and cost-effective solutionsEnsure compliance with engineering standards, WHS, and environmental requirementsProvide clear technical advice and maintain accurate engineering documentationWe're looking for people who have:A bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil or related discipline), or relevant experience and knowledgeStrong understanding of civil engineering principles, particularly stormwater and drainage designAbility to prepare technical reports, calculations, and design documentationGood problem-solving skills and sound engineering judgementStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentA current Class C Driver's LicenceClosing Date Sunday 23rd August *******:59pm AEDTWe're committed to creating a diverse workplace and inclusive culture.
