We specialise in field sales, merchandising, demonstrations, and experiential activations, partnering with some of the world's most recognised brands across FMCG, DIY, and consumer electronics.We are currently seeking a driven and energetic Area Manager to lead our DIY (Hardware Retail) operations across Melbourne Metro & Western Suburbs and on occasion surrounding regional areas.About the RoleThis is a hands-on, field-based leadership role where you will manage a team of Brand Activators across Bunnings and Independent Hardware outlets.
You'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring best-in-class execution in-store.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and motivate a team of Brand Activators in your territoryMaximise product ranging and visibility within all accountsEnsure high merchandising standards and inventory accuracyDeliver training and support to your team on new products and systemsExecute planograms, relays,



refits and new store setupsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Bunnings and client partnersAttend regular client meetings and provide insights from the fieldAbout YouYou are a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys leading from the front.Proven experience in field sales, retail, or trade environmentsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teamsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsConfident, proactive and highly organisedAble to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesStrong influencing and negotiation skillsHardware/DIY knowledge (advantageous but not essential)What's in it for You?
