A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex station construction works across greenfield environments requiring multidisciplinary coordination and skilled engineering oversight.
The head contractor is seeking a Site Engineer to support the delivery of complex station construction works on the greenfield scope.

inspection documentation and permit requirementsReview drawings and specifications; identify constructability issues and raise RFIsCoordinate daily activities with supervisors and subcontractorsSupport concrete, structures and architectural works executionCoordinate building services and public realm construction activitiesMonitor productivity, quantities and material consumptionUndertake field inspections and close out defects with quality personnelMaintain accurate site diaries, records and as-built documentationSupport commissioning and handover activitiesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical or construction engineering2-5 years' site engineering experience in building, civil, rail, transport or major infrastructureAt least one project of $100m+ in valueExperience with work packs, ITPs, RFIs and subcontractor coordinationAbility to interpret drawings, specifications and survey dataExperience with concrete, structures, architectural or services construction2+ years' average tenure per employer with at least one site engineering role held for 2+ yearsCurrent construction induction card and valid driver's licenceAbility to obtain rail corridor competenciesPractical, organised and field-focused approach
