Our Town Fencing is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Store Sales / Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Caboolture QLD.
As a retail and warehouse assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining our store's presentation, and supporting the efficient operations of our warehouse.What you'll be doingProvide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selection, order processing, and general inquiriesMaintain the store's visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organisedAssist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking of merchandiseSupport the warehouse team with tasks such as order picking, packing, and shippingContribute to a positive and collaborative team environmentWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the home improvement or building supplies industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills,
