With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin with with local, DIDO and FIFO opportunities available.What You Will Be DoingAs a Trainer Assessor, you will work across Prestrip combining hands-on production with workforce development.
These roles require individuals who can both train and operate production equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:Multi Skilled Crew Trainers - Prestrip (1 D crew)Operate & Train, assess, and mentor operators on CAT 793 & CAT 797 Dump Trucks, Wheel Dozer 854K and WA**** to support production activitiesCoach operators in efficient loading practices, including single-side, double-side, and self-spotting techniquesWhat You Will NeedCurrent Resume detailing relevant mining and training experienceCurrent Driver's Licence,
