Act for Kids in Mackay is seeking a Specialist Family Support Practitioner to join the Mackay Intensive Family Support (IFS) team.
You'll walk alongside vulnerable families, delivering intensive, child-centred case management and tailored interventions to promote protected, stable and nurturing environments for children.This full-time, government funded contract runs until 30 June **** with possible extension.
You'll build partnerships, apply specialist expertise and contribute to lasting community
