As the first point of contact for our site, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience to all visitors, drivers, and internal stakeholders.
This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone seeking flexibility while enjoying a rewarding role within a supportive team environment.
Wednesday to Friday 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM 1 in 4 Saturday 08:00 AM to 12:00 Midday

Contractor sign ins and inductionsBasic daily reporting on activity and call logsPrinting / scanning documentation as requiredInvoicing as requiredSorting incoming and outgoing mailEnsuring general tidiness of customer facing areas
