We're seeking an experienced full-time Leading Hand Carpenter to join our Armidale team.This is a genuine opportunity for a skilled carpenter looking to step up and take their next move, leading the carpentry based aspects of our projects.
You'll be hands on, out in front and part of a company building some of the region's most exciting and diverse projects.
If you've got the talent, the drive and a passion for teaching and guiding the next generation, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTake the lead on the carpentry based aspects of residential and commercial projectsLead and coordinate on-site carpentry crews to deliver high-quality work safely and on scheduleSet out and supervise carpentry worksRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsMentor and teach our apprentices, helping develop the next generation of tradespeopleLiaise with site supervisors and project managers on programming, quality, and resourcingMaintain a safe,
