Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help shape capability solutions that strengthen organisational performance and enable long-term business success.Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Design & Capability, you will contribute to strategic initiatives focused on capability uplift, job architecture and workforce planning while ensuring practical,



evidence-based outcomes across the business.About YouYou are an experienced Organisational Development or Capability professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to solve complex workforce challenges.You will bring:Demonstrated experience designing and implementing organisational capability or skills frameworks within complex organisations;Experience across organisational design, job architecture or workforce capability initiatives;Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills with the ability to influence across all levels;Experience leading projects and managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment;Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting organisational transformation;Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; andA collaborative approach with a passion for building organisational capability and driving continuous improvement.At u&u; Recruitment Partners, we value diversity, equity and inclusion.
