training and supervisory rolesWhat You'll Be DoingSafely and efficiently deliver underground and/or surface diamond drilling programsCarry out preventative maintenance on drill rigs and downhole equipmentTrain, mentor and develop crew membersWork closely with Supervisors and clients to achieve production and safety targetsContribute to a professional drilling culture built on planning, communication and continuous improvementWhat You'll BringTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated diamond drilling experience (surface and/or underground)Minimum Certificate III in Drilling OperationsExperience operating LM90, LM110, LF130, LF160 or similar rigsCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceAbility to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and physical assessmentsCommitment to safe work practices and team successValid Australian work rights and Australian residency/citizenshipAbout Deepcore DrillingDeepcore Drilling is a recognised leader in surface and underground drilling, delivering high-quality services to mining clients across Australia's East Coast.
