What You'll Do:Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards.Co-ordinate daily operations, resource allocation and order execution.Support cost control and efficiency initiatives within the team.Report operational updates to the production manager.Champion safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Foster a collaborative, growth-focused culture where people thrive and processes improve.Ensure compliance with WHS, quality standards,



and all relevant electrical regulations.What You'll Bring:Trade qualifications in Electrical Fitting.3+ years' hands-on electrical experience, ideally with LV switchboards and control panels.1+ years' managing and developing teams in a production or manufacturing setting.A passion for quality, safety, and customer service.Why Join B&R;?
