You'll emulate sophisticated attack techniques, identify critical security gaps and work closely with security and engineering teams to ensure those gaps are remediated and validated.What You'll Be DoingLead red team and purple team engagements across critical applications, infrastructure and cloud environmentsBuild and maintain red team tooling and infrastructureValidate security controls, detections and logging capabilities through real-world attack simulationIdentify security gaps and help drive remediation outcomesOwn and mature Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) capabilitiesUse AI-enabled techniques to scale attack path analysis and prioritise meaningful security exposuresPartner with engineering teams to implement current detections,



controls and telemetry sourcesSupport threat-informed defence initiatives aligned to the MITRE ATT&CK; frameworkWhat You'll BringStrong hands-on offensive security experience including adversary emulation, C2 operations and exploitationExperience assessing attack paths across cloud, infrastructure and endpoint environmentsStrong understanding of detection engineering, security monitoring and loggingBreach & Attack Simulation (BAS) experienceDeep knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK; frameworkPython scripting and automation skillsExcellent stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilitiesHighly DesirableExperience with AI-assisted security tooling including GPT, Codex, Claude Code, Copilot or similarGitLab Ultimate and AI-assisted code analysis environmentsApplication Security experience including SAST, DAST and SCAWhy Apply?
