to programme and to the high standard expected across RCC's Major Projects portfolio.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating and driving daily site activities across your allocated worksManaging subcontractors and building strong relationships to drive programme and performanceDeveloping and monitoring short-term programmes and identifying potential risks or delaysCoordinating trades, materials, equipment and upcoming worksMonitoring workmanship and ensuring quality requirements are achievedWorking closely with the broader project team to resolve design and construction issuesLeading a positive, collaborative and safety-focused site environmentMaintaining strong communication with project stakeholders and subcontractorsThe RCC position description places particular emphasis on technical knowledge across major building trades, WHS, quality and environmental responsibilities, along with the ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme.About YouWe're looking for experienced Site Supervisors who enjoy being on the ground, driving the job and working collaboratively with their teams.Ideally, you'll bring:Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or similar within commercial constructionExperience working on large-scale, complex construction projectsStrong technical knowledge across building trades and construction methodologyProven ability to coordinate and manage subcontractorsStrong programming, planning and problem-solving capabilityA thorough understanding of WHS, quality and environmental requirementsStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across site teamsA trade background, preferably carpentry, or another relevant construction qualificationWhy RCC?
