Make a meaningful impact.We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aged Care Quality Lead to join our Seniors Living team and support excellence across residential aged care, home care and retirement living services within our Brisbane/Gold Coast location.This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused professional who thrives on continuous improvement, regulatory excellence, and supporting teams to deliver safe, person-centred care.Working closely with Regional Managers, Service Managers and clinical teams, you will play a key role in strengthening compliance, embedding best practice, and supporting services through accreditation and continuous improvement activities.About the RoleAs the Aged Care Quality Lead, you will provide hands-on leadership, coaching and expertise to support services in achieving and maintaining compliance with aged care quality and accreditation standards.You will analyse clinical and operational data, identify trends and risk areas, and partner with leaders to implement sustainable improvements that enhance care outcomes and service performance.This role offers variety, autonomy and the prospect to influence quality outcomes across multiple services.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and mentor management and clinical teams in quality systems and complianceAnalyse service performance,



audit outcomes and clinical trendsIdentify risks and provide recommendations for improvementLead and support continuous improvement initiatives across servicesAssist services during accreditation visits and regulatory reviewsSupport implementation and evaluation of care models and best practice initiativesPromote a culture of quality, safety, accountability and continuous improvementContribute to organisational quality systems and documentation managementAbout YouYou are a collaborative and solutions-focused professional with strong aged care quality and compliance experience.
You bring excellent interpersonal skills, a practical approach to problem solving, and the ability to influence and support teams through change.You will also have:EssentialDegree or Diploma qualification in a relevant field or extensive quality experienceStrong knowledge of residential aged care and home care accreditation standardsDemonstrated experience achieving and maintaining compliance across servicesClinical experience within the aged care sectorExperience implementing and managing quality systemsStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCurrent driver's licenceCurrent First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)DesirableCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NursePostgraduate qualification in Health Management or QualityLeadership experience within aged careExperience leading quality improvement projects and initiativesWhy Join Us?
