It is predominantly a Forces Command training base, supporting the Defence Force School of Signals (tri-service technicians and operators), Defence Force School of Music (tri-service musicians), and the Army Education Centre.
The Army base services approximately 6,000 Defence members and operates a 9 bed low dependency ward 24/7.
The health centre provides primary medical, nursing, physiotherapy, dental and mental health services.
Standard operating hours are generally 07:*******:30 Monday to Friday.
