support professional development and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Lead and manage nursing services to achieve excellence in patient care and operational performanceBuild, coach and mentor high-performing nursing teams through effective leadership and workforce developmentCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, person-centred care and positive patient outcomesDrive quality improvement initiatives, professional standards and evidence-based practiceMonitor workforce performance, resource utilisation and clinical governance to support service excellenceSelection CriteriaDemonstrated senior nursing experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in a relevant setting.Proven ability to ensure the human, physical and financial resources of the service/facility are managed to provide safe, compassionate, quality care that is culturally responsiveDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team and to represent the nursing service inside and outside the organisation.Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and manage conflicts and performance issues when they ariseDemonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking to set goals,
