Electrician – Renewable Energy Projects (NSW)Solmech is currently seeking experienced Electricians to join our team on renewable energy projects across New South Wales.
This role involves carrying out electrical installation works on utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.We're looking for electricians who have hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector and understand the quick-paced nature of large-scale construction projects.




You'll work closely with supervisors and fellow tradespeople to deliver quality outcomes while maintaining Solmech's strong safety culture.To Be Successful You Will HaveEssentialCurrent NSW Electrical LicenceCurrent White Card (Construction Induction Card)Previous experience working on utility-scale renewable energy projects (Solar and/or BESS)Current Australian Driver LicenceStrong understanding of safe work practices and electrical standardsAbility to work effectively within a team and meet project deadlinesExcellent communication skills and a proactive attitudeDesirableCPR/LVRFirst Aid CertificateExperience with cable installation, terminations, testing and commissioningExperience interpreting electrical drawings and specificationsIf you're a motivated electrician with renewable energy experience and are ready to contribute to some of Australia's largest renewable energy projects, we'd love to hear from you.
