In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to support the successful delivery and adoption of strategic projects and change initiatives.Reporting to the Change Lead, you will utilise your change management expertise to identify impacts, engage stakeholders, develop change plans and support the implementation of initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness and achieve strategic outcomes.This is an excellent opportunity for a change professional who enjoys influencing outcomes, fostering stakeholder engagement and supporting transformational change within a large and diverse organisation.About youIdeally tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Design, Social Sciences or similar.Demonstrable depth in using ADKAR change frameworks and initiatives in a highly dispersed and diverse workforce.Expertise in production of change artefacts, documentation and materials as required.Demonstrable ability to pragmatically apply knowledge of contemporary change strategies and practices,



project management; a proven appetite for continued development of skill and expertise in such arenasProven problem-solver and supporter of innovative and continuous improvementWell-developed collaborative and participative leadership skills and experienceFurther relevant qualifications, such as in data and analytics, project management, strategy, or organisational psychology – desirableGenuine alignment to BaptistCare's vision, purpose and valuesCurrent Australian driver's licence and commitment to occasional travelIf you're passionate about helping organisations navigate change and thrive through transformation, we'd love to hear from you!
