The RoleAs a Client Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.Support Boutique Management and wider team in achieving sales targetsEnsure highest level of service standards at all times using the OMEGA sales ceremonyAssist in developing and maintaining the client and VIP databasePerform daily security stock countsBe responsible for organisation, refill, and storage of back up stock, visual merchandising material, product packaging, instruction booklets and warrantiesDevelop own comprehensive OMEGA brand and product knowledgeAssist in ensuring the boutique is kept clean and maintainedActively participate in training sessions and keeping up to date with E-learning modules
